Self-Sufficiency of New Administrative Capitals (NACs) Based on Types and Commuting Characteristics of Citizens: Case Study of Sejong

In recent decades, new administrative capitals (NACs) are being developed in Asia and developing countries due to the overcrowding of large cities.
